Rutland Ballet Barre Class

Do you want to take a class with a former Professional Ballerina?! Join Kara for a unique Barre class experience. With 25 years of dancing under her belt, including dancing professionally for Miami City Ballet, Kara uses her experience to create a fun and energetic workout that will help create long, lean, and powerful muscles.


What is a Barre Class?

 

Kara designs each class combining yoga, pilates, and ballet-inspired exercises to work muscles you didn’t even know you had! Barre is a low-impact, total body workout that will help improve posture, balance, flexibility, and overall strength (Including toning your bum!).

 

What can I expect?

 

Resistance bands, yoga blocks, and light weights combined with small, controlled movements and high repetitions, will help you create a strong, long and lean physique.
