Your third challenge…

Elbow Plank on the beach

Plank for 3 minutes a day.

To complete this challenge you will:

  1. Hold a 1-minute plank on your hands or elbows
  2. Hold a 1-minute plank on your right side and
  3. Hold a 1-minute plank on your left side
